International Graduate University, a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational institution, founded in 1967, licensed to award graduate degrees by the District of Columbia, and approved by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs for veterans benefits, and provides I-20 Visas for students who apply and are accepted for admission with the application form presented in this website.

Its location, a dozen blocks from the Capitol, Senate, House and Library of Congress, symbolizes its dedication to sound, scientifically based education for students aspiring to succeed as corporate and government managers, human service professionals and future legislators.

Since its founding the University has been attended by nearly 40,000 students who include corporate executives, governmental officials, college and university administrators, and students from the United States as well as 114 other nations. Until 2005, International Graduate University was known as National Graduate University.

International Graduate University is Governed by a Board of Governors with the assistance of the Board of Advisors.
